Where we ship and what it costs
One flat rate per zone, however many prints are in the order — a tube holding four prints costs the same to send as a tube holding one.

Delivery times are working days after dispatch and exclude public holidays. Orders outside the EU may attract import duty or local tax, which is charged by the destination country and is not included in the price at checkout.
How prints are packed
Rolled in a rigid protective tube, never folded or creased. The tube is rigid rather than card, capped at both ends, and the print is wrapped in tissue before it goes in. A rolled print in a rigid tube is the only packaging that reliably survives international carriage without creasing.
Shipped unframed so you can choose framing that suits the room. Framed work means glass, and glass in transit means either a very expensive crate or a broken print — which is why every print here ships unframed. Each listing gives exact dimensions so you can order a frame before the print arrives.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not moved for five working days, or the estimated window has passed, email hello@artmarket.top with your order number and we will chase the carrier. A parcel that is genuinely lost is reprinted and resent at our cost.
Payment
Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details go directly to the provider over an encrypted connection — they are never sent to, or stored on, our servers. Prices are shown and charged in euro.

You are charged when the order is placed, not when it ships. If a print turns out to be unavailable, the order is refunded in full — see returns and refunds for the 14-day window on everything else.
Shipping questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days. After that, delivery is typically 3–7 business days inside the EU, 5–10 to the UK and EEA, and 10–18 to the rest of the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is €9 within the EU, €15 to the UK and EEA, and €25 to the rest of the world. EU orders over €200 ship free.
How are prints packaged?
Rolled in a rigid protective tube, never folded and never creased. Prints ship unframed, which is what makes safe international carriage possible at this price.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
